2007 PROGRAM AND PRICING

I.                   Vietnam “Air Cavalry” Combined Arms Team Program

a.       8 aircraft performing: 5 helicopters (2 AH-1 Cobras, 1 OH-6 Scout, and

          2 UH-1H Hueys)

                        3 Fixed Wing (CV-2 Caribou, OV-1B Mohawk, and

                                                 L-19D Bird Dog)

                        1 Fixed Wing support aircraft (U-21G Beech Ute)

b.      28 minute presentation

                                                               i.      air and ground performance- intensive aerial and ground combat action

                                                             ii.      eight (8) aircraft performing simultaneously before the show audience

                                                            iii.      fully narrated, music, radio traffic, pyro special effects

                                                           iv.      fully contained air show presentation team (aerial and ground). Need only to connect into the air show public address system.

                                                             v.      More aircraft and action within one square mile in front of the show audience than any other air show presentation- civilian or military.

                                                           vi.      Performed by the very aircraft and veterans that served and made this military history.

c.       Pricing

                                                               i.      First day: $9500.00

                                                             ii.      Each additional day: $5500/ day

d.      Incremental No Cost to Performer Items

                                                               i.      Hotel rooms: 31 double rooms

                                                             ii.      Ground transportation: sufficient to move 60 people

1.      4 15-psgr vans or 7 mini-vans, 4 full size cars, 2 4-psgr golf carts

                                                            iii.      Aircraft fuel:

1.      all aircraft fuel to show/ during-one practice and performances/ back from show

e.       Huey Helicopter Rides (3 Hueys)

                                                               i.      Exclusive helicopter rides to show during entire air show days including flying program accept when requested by a flying performer.

                                                             ii.      Ride area prime location to audience (300 feet square landing zone with crowd restraint barrier around perimeter- simple rope barrier sufficient)

                                                            iii.      Performer pays for aircraft fuel during rides

                                                           iv.      Show cost offset: 50% show fee discount for second or third day (one only) show performance.

OR

     v.    10% of ride revenue minus direct ride operating expenses [aircraft ride fuel + ride insurance ($2500) + incidental expenses]

II.                   2 AH-1s Cobra Attack and 1 OH-6 Scout Helicopter Team Performance

a.       3 aircraft performing: 2 AH-1 Cobras Attack and 1 OH-6 Scout Helicopters

b.      15 minute performance

                                                               i.      highly intricate and precision helicopter combat maneuvers performed as a coordinated team that demonstrate the unique agility and power of the world’s first designed military attack helicopter. These are the only military Cobra helicopters performing in a very intense, close to the ground program as a coordinated precision demonstration team.

                                                             ii.      fully narrated with music

c.       Pricing

                                                               i.      $4500.00 per performance

d.      Incremental No Cost to Performer Items

                                                               i.      Hotel rooms: 10 double rooms

                                                             ii.      Ground transportation: sufficient to move 16 people

1.      1 15-psgr van and 1 full size car

                                                            iii.      Aircraft Fuel:

1.      all aircraft fuel to show/ during –one practice and performances/ return from show

e.       Huey Helicopter Ride Program (3 Hueys)

                                                               i.      Show pays for fuel to and from show location

                                                             ii.      Hotel Rooms: +11 double rooms

                                                            iii.      Ground Transportation: +1 15-psgr van and +3 full size cars

                                                           iv.      Exclusive helicopter rides to show during entire air show days including flying program except when requested by a flying performer.

                                                             v.      Ride area prime location to audience (minimum of 250 feet square landing zone with crowd restraint barrier around perimeter- rope barrier sufficient)

                                                           vi.      Performer pays for aircraft fuel during rides.

                                                          vii.      Air Show Performance Cost Offsets related to Huey Ride Program:

1.      Show Fee Reduction: 50% discount for second or third day (one only) show performance.

OR

2.      Revenue Sharing: 10% of ride revenue minus direct ride operating

      Expenses [aircraft ride fuel + ride insurance ($2500) + incidental

      Expenses]
