News & UpdatesAnother satisfied Cobra rider:
Wow what a ride! Yesterday afternoon, Oct the 20th in Augusta Ga, I took the ride of a lifetime in the Cobra. I have logged around 50+ hrs in small aircraft and other than my 1st solo at the same airport none the less, this was the greatest flight experience I have ever had. Thank you guys! Everyone was so nice helpful and informative. Hope to fly again someday! Thank you, D. Waters What Makes Our Air Show Demos Great? This is what makes our Air Show Demos work. L-R Curt Knapp - Audio; Ken Suffridge - Narration; and Bruce Whitley - Air Boss. Without this trio and the Pyro guys setting the middle of the airport on fire, the rest of us would just be several helicopters and airplanes flying around in circles. So proud to be a part of this group. AAHF Reaches Out to the Children of the Georgia Academy for the Blind Volunteers from the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation took to the skies recently to share their stories with the children and staff of the Georgia Academy for the Blind. For many it was the first "h ands on" experience with this legendary aircraft as they were able to touch, feel and hear the power of the UH-1 Huey. The AAHF created a once in a lifetime experience for these boys and girls in a spirit of giving back to the community. Thanks to all who donated their time and energy to make this happen. |
