1. Physically able egress aircraft under own ability without assistance

4. Maximum 3 minors (5-10 yrs.) per flight
5. Weight limitations: Aircraft seat belt must be able to fasten securely

7. Minors under 16 yrs. accompanied by adult

• You may cancel your ride up to 48 Hours prior to the Ride Event you select.
• **48 Hours Notice Required for Ride Cancellation**
• You may be issued a raincheck for the event that you cancelled if you are not able to cancel prior to 48 hours of the event.
• Should Weather or other uncontrollable cancellations occur, you will be issued a raincheck.
• All rainchecks will be good at any future AAHF ride Event. Rainchecks will be good for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Rainchecks will be issued and rides offered to raincheck individuals at the convenience of the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation 
• The Rainchecks can only be used in person, so bring your raincheck to the ride event you want to attend and we'll validate it at that event.
